What is the currency used?
All orders will be processed in Singapore Dollars (SGD)

I placed an order. When will my package arrive?
The processing time for orders is 1-3 business days, excluding weekends. Delivery time within Singapore is 3 business days, and 5-8 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that these times may vary during holidays.

Orders can be tracked from the tracking number provided in an email to you when the package has been processed. Please note that it may take several hours from the time an order ships to the time it is first scanned by the carrier into their system.

What services are used for shipping?
Singapore orders are delivered via Ninja Van.
International orders are shipped via DHL eCommerce.

What about free shipping?
Free delivery within Singapore for orders above $80 SGD. Sometimes we'll throw in random gifts as well!

Can I change or cancel my order?
We do not allow any amendments to be made once your order has been placed, as our products are all made by demand. This allows us to prepare your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. For more information, please contact us.

What should I do if I've received a defective/incorrect item?
Do drop us an email with an image of the defect and our team will get back to you as soon as possible. We apologise if we have sent you a defective/incorrect item!

Return Policy
You may return any item within 7 days of receiving your original order, excluding sales items. Remember that the item must be unworn and unwashed with all AN ASYLUM tags attached.

You may return your parcel through any postal services. The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives to us – remember to keep a copy of a sending receipt to ensure that you have proof in case your parcel goes missing in the mail.

Please note – you will need to cover for the shipping costs. Duties, tax and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once we have received your parcel, we will arrange for the refund via the original payment method within 3 working days.

Customs and Import Charges
Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.

Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Custom policies and import duties vary from country to country, hence AN ASYLUM has no control over them and cannot provide information on their costs. Please contact your local customs office for current charges before your purchase, so you will not be surprised by charges you were not expecting.
