Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return your product up to 7 days after delivery. The order must be in transit back to our office within 30 days after initial delivery. In order to complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping labels are not supplied or reimbursed.
Once returned, we will provide a refund for the full product amount. Initial delivery charges made at the time of purchase are not refunded.
We require proof of purchase to honor any return or exchange. Your order number can be found in the original order confirmation email. If you cannot find your order number, please contact our customer support team for additional help.
