Once your order is ready, a tracking number will be issued to the email you registered with.
All orders, except Singapore’s orders, are shipped using DHL Express. Average shipping time is 3-5 business days.

Any customs duties and taxes in regard to your shipment as deemed by your country’s legal regulations are to be held responsible by the customer. Such rules and regulations vary from country to country and we are not able to inform each customer individually. This is usually within the responsibility of the customer that resides in the respective country.

Our mailbox is monitored between 11am - 5pm SGT, and our customer service department is closed on weekends and holidays.
We do not allow any amendments or cancellations to be made once your order has been placed, as our products are all made by demand. This allows us to prepare your orders efficiently and to minimize errors.

You may return any item within 7 days of receiving your original order, excluding sales items. Remember that the item must be unworn and unwashed with all AN ASYLUM tags attached.
You may return your parcel through any postal services. The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives to us – remember to keep a copy of a sending receipt to ensure that you have proof in case your parcel goes missing in the mail.
Please note – you will need to cover for the shipping costs. Duties, tax and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once we have received your parcel, we will arrange for the refund via the original payment method within 3 working days.
We suggest first checking your spam or junk folder. Otherwise, an email address can have a spelling mistake when entered, and our system was not able to issue the confirmation to that address.
Unfortunately if you still cannot confirm your order details, Please use our contact form and include the email address used to place the order along with the first and last name of the customer.
We accept reservation requests for out of stock (OOS) items. Shoot us an email to make your reservation and we will ship out the order before they are even back on the shelf. Generally, official restocks can take about 30-45 days
All products in our store are designed and handmade by our in-house team in Singapore. All materials we work with are ethically sourced from Japan, South Korea and Singapore.
Machine wash with the t-shirt turned inside-out.
We recommend hand-washing to preserve the material.
Alternatively, place item in a laundry bag for machine wash on a gentle setting.
Jewellery should be carefully stored. Care should be taken to protect it from knocks, chemicals, perspiration extreme temperatures & sunlight.
Do not wear jewellery when in the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna/steam room or while bathing or showering.
Avoid direct contact with corrosive agents such as soap, cream, perspiration, water, sun, heat and chemical products to preserve the plating for longer. Chlorine, detergents, oils & perfumes can all cause tarnishing & damage.
Avoid grinding your jewelry on hard surfaces. Remove jewellery when doing heavy duty tasks. You wouldn’t want to scratch the pieces.
Keep jewellery stored in the original box provided when not being worn.
Gently wipe jewellery with a clean soft cloth after each wear to remove dirt & oils (from skin).
Thoroughly dry jewellery after exposure to water: moisture can cause tarnishing & may weaken springs, clasps and chains.
